The Liederkranz is a private club and is not open to the general public. Guests are permitted when we are not having a "members only" event, but must be accompanied by a member and may come no more than three times unless from out-of-state. After that, we would encourage the non-member to join. Members are responsible to see that their guests sign the Guest Register.

 Club Dues
Club membership is $60 per couple or $30 for a single - per year, which is prorated as the year progresses. Renewals are $50 per couple and $25 for a single - per year. If not paid by Dec. 31st, dues will be $55 and $27.50.

 Ladies Society
The Liederkranz Ladies Society meets once a month which is a noon luncheon on the second Wednesday with cards following. Cards include your choice of Bridge, Pitch or Pinochle. Dues are $5 per year (which offsets the prizes, etc.) plus a $3 initiation fee in addition to the regular club dues. Reservations are required.  Catherine Fosket/Liederkranz Children's Theater
Started in 1990 with the production of "The Hobbit", the Children's Theater received the Moonshell Award in 2006 for their production of "The Pied Piper the Musical". In January of this year they presented "Hee Haw Hayride" Their next production will be "Haphazardly Ever After"

 German Night
German Night is usually the second Friday of the month and features German or Continental cuisine. Reservations are appreciated for the special meal at least one day in advance. If you prefer, you may order from menu. Invited guests are welcome.

 German Singers
The Liederkranz German Singers, were organized in 1992, to carry on the club's tradition of song. The group is open to anyone who wants to have fun and would like to learn some of the old German songs.

 German Lessons
German Lessons are held each Friday evening at 5:00 in the Ratskeller. Lessons are free and informal, and you may join at anytime. Our instructor was raised in Austria and has a command of the language as do two club members who often assist.

 Bowling
The bowling alley is available to members Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. We have shoe sizes from size 1 through 13. Fees are a nominal $1 per line (game) and shoes 25¢.
If you would like to bowl, please call ahead, so we can arrange to have someone available to run the alleys

 Special Events
Special events throughout the year include: Dances, Beer and Wine tastings, Sommerfest, Oktoberfest, productions by the Liederkranz Children's Theater, special 5-course dinners, picnics in the courtyard, and special Sunday buffets.
Your membership includes a monthly calendar which will keep you informed on all upcoming events.
Dances are open to the general public for an addtional fee whch is the cost of a one-day membership.
If you wish to be on our email dance list, please email the club with the word 'DANCE' in the subject line, and let us know who your favorite bands are.

 General Membership Meeting
This meeting is your chance to find out what's happening and to take an active part in the Club's programs. Please note that women are full voting members, are welcome at all membership meetings and are eligible to be board members.

It has been said, that there are three kinds of people: Those that make things happen, those that watch things happen and those that wonder what happened . Be a part of the first group, it's less crowded
